Almond Villa is an attractive Victorian house offering 4 Star Bed and Breakfast accommodation in 5 guest bedrooms. Having been in the B&B business for many years, our priority has always been 'customer care'. We give a warm friendly welcome to all our guests: whether you are in Perth for business or pleasure, you will arrive as a guest and leave as a friend. The guest house is situated very centrally on Dunkeld Road, only a few minutes walk from the shops, railway and river. Our location also offers easy access by car to the A9. From here you can explore all that Perthshire has to offer (Location & Sightseeing).

Our 5 well-decorated bedrooms offer guests comfort and relaxation after a long day travelling or sightseeing. 2 twin ensuite 1 family ensuite 1 double ensuite (on ground floor) 1 single ensuite All rooms have central heating, remote-control colour TV/VCR, a radio-alarm clock, a hairdryer and a hospitality tray with tea, coffee and biscuits. Just what you need to make you feel at home!

Bed and Breakfast prices: From £30 per person (based on 2 sharing). From £35 single. Children's rates can be discussed at time of booking. We are happy to accept payment by Mastercard, VISA, JCB, Deltacard, Solo and debit cards.

Breakfast is served from 8am - 9am.
Early breakfasts can be requested in advance or we can make you a packed breakfast to take with you.
Packed lunches also available if required.

Our breakfasts are renowned and you will not need to eat again until dinner!

Of all the delights a Scottish guest house has to offer, breakfast is surely the best! Welcome into the elegant dining room with a beautiful Victorian fireplace; then find your numbered table and take your seat. White tablecloths and fine china make the setting just right. Over on the Victorian oak sideboard, help yourself from crystal bowls to fresh fruits, cereals and juices, or have a yoghurt. Perhaps you would like to try porridge to start the day. Just ask your hostess. You may then order from the menu a selection of cooked items. Our Almond Villa Breakfast is your selection of bacon, sausage, tomatoes, eggs (any way you like them), mushrooms, haggis, black pudding, baked beans and tattie scone. If you prefer, we offer smoked haddock and poached egg or french toast (try it with maple syrup). Of course there is brown or white toast with jam, marmalade and butter, served in little crystal dishes and a choice of teas, hot chocolate and coffee (decaf if you wish). And for our 'down under' visitors, just ask us for the vegemite!

The guest lounge is on the ground floor. Relax here in our comfortable armchairs reading your book or just enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. Please note that we operate a no-smoking policy in accordance with the wishes of the majority of visitors today.
